Embody Her: A Sensual Movement & Somatic Journey

A guided movement experience blending sensual dance with somatic practice to help you reawaken, express, and fully embody your divine feminine essence. Led by Sarah Ellen, owner of PFA Dance Studio, she is an expert in sensual movement, and she will take you on an immersive journey that reconnects you to your body’s wisdom, confidence, and flow through intuitive dance. Remember her? That sensual goddess that you buried deep within? We are about to wake her up, tap back into her and move you through this divine energy.

Why The London Women's Embodiment Lab?

The WE Lab was born out of the desire to explore Women’s Healing Arts in a sisterhood circle. The Divine Feminine is rising within each of us and we wanted to create a safe & sacred space where we could explore this reclamation.

Women’s Healing Arts has been long forgotten, buried and purposely removed to disconnect women from their power & each other. The WE Lab is where we reclaim & celebrate the ancient wisdom and power that lies within each of us.

What is the WE Lab?

Inside the London WE (Woman’s Embodiment) Lab, we have created a space for you to explore your own medicine.

The WE Lab combines (but is not limited to) ancient energy practices, priestess teachings, nervous system health, cycle syncing, shadow play, sacred sexuality, the inner artist, exploring archetypes, somatic movement etc, along with trauma informed facilitation to offer you a powerful experience for unlocking your own medicine, energy and feminine expression.

How the evening will feel...

Welcome & Intentional opening of the sacred space where the work will be explored.
Clearing & Grounding ceremony.
Energetic & Somatic work where we bring the backend energetics into the conscious heart & body.
Closing & Celebration

Hi I'm Natalie...

I've been a women's healing arts facilitator for 13 years guiding women to create energetic flow, coherence, and ease for an embodied and magnetic life.

And I have been called many things - A shaman, an initiator, a catalyst, a modern-day mystic, a healer, a seer of souls, and a firecracker. What I “am,” and what I “do” is actually hard to put into words. Just like you, I am multifaceted, multi-layered, and multidimensional. It’s more about the energy you feel, experience and embody that I am interested in showing you.

The London Women's Embodiment Lab is the space for your unfolding to begin.

Hi I'm Martina...

I'm a Master Storyteller & Creative Brand Strategist. I'm obsessed with women's stories and how they are expressed. As a woman, you should be experienced as authentic, original and magical - And, I love breathing life & energy into your story however it is expressed.

I am no stranger to the healing space. I have spent many years teaching yoga & as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist before finding my way back to writing & Magnetic Marketing as a profession for online brands.

Storytelling is my artistry and in the London Women's Embodiment Lab, I'm here to infuse your essence into your story, help you express authentically & embody your magic. I can't wait to see your inner artist come out to play!
