Private Counsel
FOR LEADERS WHO CARRY MORE THAN MOST PEOPLE SEE
You have never had trouble knowing who you are.
You've had trouble finding someone who could hold it.
The depth you carry has always been there-
The way you see things before others see them. The way you feel the architecture of a room, a relationship, a decision — before anyone has spoken a word. The knowing that runs so deep it sometimes has no language yet.
You are not confused about who you are.
You are exhausted from being somewhere slightly less than that.
From calibrating. Filtering. Making yourself a version that fits the room. Carrying the full weight of your depth in spaces that were never built to hold it.
And somewhere beneath all of that — quiet but persistent — is the person you actually are.
Waiting not to be fixed.
Waiting to be met.
This is what Private Counsel is.
Not coaching. Not therapy. Not another framework for becoming someone you're not.
It is the space where someone finally meets you where you actually live — inside yourself — and walks beside you into the identity that was always true.
My role is not to fix you. There is nothing to fix.
My role is to find what was always true — and reflect it back with enough precision that you can finally receive it.
When that happens, something shifts that no strategy could have moved.
Not because something new arrived.
Because something true was finally given permission to take up space.
What This Work Actually Is
Private Counsel isn’t coaching.
It’s an ongoing strategic and personal partnership designed for leaders who move through complexity every day.
People describe the first real conversation the same way.
A deep exhale.
Oh. Finally. Someone is meeting me where I actually live.
Not the professional version. Not the managed version. Not the version that's been carefully constructed to be legible to the rooms you move through.
The actual version.
In this space, none of that is necessary.
You don't have to filter yourself here.
You don't have to be smaller, safer, or more palatable.
You just have to be willing to be seen.
Together we work at the level where your inner world and your leadership decisions intersect.
Our conversations often touch on:
• major business or career decisions
• identity shifts as your leadership evolves
• navigating pressure and responsibility
• clarifying intuition versus noise
• relationships and power dynamics
• the emotional architecture behind leadership
• aligning your work with your deeper mission
Sometimes the work is strategic.
Sometimes it's deeply personal.
Most often, it's both.
Who I Work With -
The Ancients
The people who tend to find their way here are often:
• founders
• CEOs
• executives
• creators and visionaries
• strategists and advisors
• leaders quietly shaping the direction of companies or industries
The lawyer carrying gifts her courtroom will never fully see. The executive who has been the clarity for everyone around her for two decades and has never once had someone do that for her. The founder whose company is an expression of a mission so deep it sometimes feels like a weight.
What they share is not their industry or their title.
It is the specific exhaustion of being more than their environment can hold.
And the readiness — finally — for a space that can.
What It Feels Like -
People often describe this work the same way.
The decisions that used to take weeks start to take hours.
Not because I tell you what to decide — I rarely do.
Because when you can finally think out loud with someone who can hold the full weight of your complexity, your own clarity arrives faster than you knew it could.
The low-grade sense that something is misaligned — in your leadership, your direction, your life — gets named. Examined. Moved through.
The identity you have always known was true but have never quite fully inhabited?
You begin to live there.
There's no performance here.
Just honest conversation, clarity, and forward movement.
The Structure:
Private Counsel is offered as an ongoing partnership.
Each relationship is structured individually — because your leadership, your depth, and your life are individual.
Some clients work together weekly. Others prefer monthly depth with real-time access as decisions arise.
We determine the structure together in our first conversation.
The Investment
Real-time counsel for the leaders whose decisions matter.
Private Counsel begins at $2,500 per month. Private, confidential, discreet support.
I work with a very small number of Private Counsel clients at any given time.
Not as a positioning tactic.
Because this work requires my full presence.
And full presence has a natural limit.
Begin With A Conversation
Every Private Counsel relationship begins with a private consultation.
This is simply a conversation to:
• understand what you’re navigating
• explore whether the work feels aligned
• determine if we’re the right match
If it's right, we move forward together.
If it's not — and I will tell you honestly if it's not — the conversation itself will leave you clearer than you arrived.
That is a promise I have kept every single time.
